Ben Brooks III (co-owner and better known as Tres) has spent his entire adult life in the business of real estate. An agent at age 18 and a licensed broker at 23, Tres has years of experience in all aspects of buying, selling, listing, and developing property, especially rural acreage. In 1998, he permanently left Phoenix for Arizona's West Coast, and has since become an enthusiastic promoter of all things Havasu. Don Clark (co-owner) is also a Real Estate Professional and has shared in Sylvia's experience since 1992. Don retired from the United State Marine Corps after 20 years of service and soon found himself in the middle of a dynamic and challenging career move. His expertise is in sales, marketing and training and his leadership skills will provide a wealth of knowledge to the team. As Vice Mayor and member of the City Council in Lake Havasu City he is constantly aware of the changing environment in Lake Havasu.
